Ps André Olivier, Senior Pastor and Conference Host

André Olivier was a entrepreneur and successful business person before entering the ministry in 1982.  After pastoring several churches he became the Senior Pastor of Rivers Church in 1992.  With three decades of pastoral and leadership experience, he has grown Rivers into a successful church with campuses in South Africa and Switzerland. 

André hosts an international television programme called Life By Design. His ministry is based on the practical and biblical application of truth for family, church & business environments. He is the author of several inspiring books, covering topics such as breakthrough, excellence and money. He travels and speaks internationally, and his strengths include helping leaders & pastors and motivating business people to step out and succeed.

André and Wilma have been married for 40 years and have 3 children and 4 grandchildren.

Ps. Kenneth Mulkey

Graduated from CLC in 1992 and currently serves as one of the assistant pastors at Cottonwood Church. He is also the Executive Director of Cottonwood Leadership College, where he has been teaching for over fifteen years.

Ps. Keith Craft

Keith Craft is the founder and senior pastor of Elevate Life Church. However, he is much more than just a “pastor.” Before founding Elevate Life Church, Keith traveled 48 weeks a year, for almost twenty years as a motivational speaker and leadership strategist; and he continues to travel as much as his schedule allows.

He has shared the stage, and spoken alongside former world leaders like Bill Clinton, George Bush Sr., Margaret Thatcher, Mikhail Gorbachev, and former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani.

Along with ELC, Keith is the President of Keith Craft Leadership Shapers, a non-profit corporation dedicated to helping people increase their leadership capacity and maximize their personal and professional lives. He is also the founder of Leadershipology, a daily live internet quote service.

No matter the method, Keithʼs ultimate vision is to be a leader who motivates people to reach their God-given potential. Keith is married to his high school sweetheart, Sheila. They have 3 beautiful children.
