As a dynamic and influential communicator & teacher, André Olivier, Senior Pastor of Rivers Church Sandton, Durban & Basel, felt called to reach a greater audience through television. Life By Design first aired on eTV, a free to air channel in Southern Africa, in January 2010 to encourage people to live life by design, not by default. The programme is now broadcast in 48 countries and has seen phenomenal success and growth with over half a million viewers each week on eTV alone.

In February 2011 we launched Life By Design on TBN Africa twice a week, broadcasting to homes throughout Africa, Mauritius and Madagascar. In March 2011, we extended our reach to even more viewers by launching the programme in Switzerland on Star TV once a week for a six month period, creating a platform for us to introduce our third Campus in Basel Switzerland, which opened in July 2011.
